Swift Collector is a convenient Chrome extension designed for users of the Swift transport smart card in the West Midlands. The Swift card works across buses, trams, and trains and can hold cash balances, season tickets, and other travel products.

With the Swift Collector app, you can effortlessly view your current card balance and products. Simply enable NFC and internet on your device, then hold your Swift card to the back of it. The app displays all loaded products and allows you to fetch any recent top-ups or purchases made via your online Swift Account by pressing the ‘Check for Update’ button. Swift Collector simplifies managing your public transport travel in the West Midlands.

topped up my swift turn the NFC on my phone, the app does not recognise my card, or there is an error just wasted £10

Utter rubbish!!,all I want to do is renew my swift card - for the date it runs out !! I had the same problem last year(year pass) the system won't let me!! It hasn't been updated!!!And you can never speak to someone unless you spend a day on the phone
