The bar only climbs back when you put the phone down. Start an activity (reading, moving, deep work, or your own) and a calm timer runs while your fry recovers on screen. Your tracked apps stay blocked the whole time, so being present is the deal, not a suggestion. The longer you stay off, the more your fry heals and the more coins you earn.

THREE WAYS TO BLOCK YOUR APPS
Your apps are open by default. You lock them on your terms:
- Activity. Block your apps on demand while you do something you love.
- Schedules. Lock your apps on a set window, like bedtime or work hours.
- Overheat. Your fry steps in on its own and forces a short cool-down when you have been scrolling non-stop.
A blocked app has no escape on its own screen. You ease a block from inside Unfried, never from the lock screen.

Choose how much scrolling your fry can take, from a strict 30 minutes up to a relaxed 120. The smaller the limit, the faster the bar drains and the harder you work to keep it fresh.

Unfried uses Android's accessibility service only to detect when you launch an app you've chosen to limit, so it can wake the blocking service if Android closed it. No screen content is read, stored, or transmitted. This permission is optional.
