TerraOS

TerraOS is a field operations platform for agricultural and land management teams. It gives field workers and supervisors a shared view of task assignments, progress, and evidence — even when working in areas with no connectivity.

TASK MANAGEMENT
View your assigned tasks for any date, filter by status or priority, and move tasks through their workflow — To Do → In Progress → In Review → Completed — from the field. Every status change is timestamped and synced to the backend when connectivity returns.

EVIDENCE CAPTURE
Record field activity with photos and videos tagged with a GPS coordinate at the moment of capture. Evidence is attached directly to the task record so supervisors have full context without chasing updates.

OFFLINE-FIRST
All data is stored locally in an encrypted database. Reads and writes work without a network connection. A background sync queue replays any changes made offline as soon as connectivity is restored — no manual action required.

MULTILINGUAL
The app interface supports English and Hindi. Task content entered by your team (titles, descriptions, field notes) is automatically translated on-device when you switch language, using a 30-day local cache to minimise data use.

ROLES AND ACCESS
Access is controlled by your organisation's administrator. Field workers see their own task queue; supervisors have visibility across the team. Account provisioning is managed through the TerraOS web dashboard — there is no self-registration in the app.
