2026-07-25	Sa*****	less than 24 hrs since I received the ring and its faulty and the app is acting like its malfunctioning but the support team didnt explain why and have issued a replacement ring for which I am grateful but the app needs work. edited - 25/7/26 - nothing but issues with the ring. in Jan 2026 I had issues with connectivity and battery, they replaced the ring a second time and it was fine until the last few weeks. the battery dies less than 3 days. have asked for a full refund
