User Reviews

Most reviews praise easy setup, useful features (user management, door/NAS access), and value, with some calling it better than the iPhone version. However, many users report Android reliability problems, a confusing UI, and missing/broken features (facial recognition, photo backups, persistent connections, logs). Support responses can be slow, and regional availability/pricing is a concern for some.
Pros
  • Easy setup and quick deployment
  • Generally reliable and 'just works' when functioning
  • Useful features like improved user management and access to doors and NAS
  • Cross‑platform appeal with positive comparisons to the iOS version
  • Good value for the price
Cons
  • Android reliability issues: app not functioning or not working well on Android
  • Poor or confusing user interface and UX
  • Missing/broken features: no logs, no persistent connection/reconnect, no photo backup, facial recognition issues
  • Slow or unclear support/issue handling
  • Region availability and pricing concerns (e.g., UK availability, high pro‑plan costs)

too easy to misclick opening door when checking camera the buttons are too close my finger can easily cover both . and it doesn't even look like a separate button. also the answer as a phone call button is a lie. The app is not the phone and it will not make a call to me. it is broken. I don't see where to change the insecure default passcode and the passcode is too short..
