I purchased a product from Ugaoo because their app clearly mentioned a “15-Day Refund Policy.” However, when I actually requested a refund, the process communicated by customer support was completely different. They told me that I have to self-ship the product to their warehouse at my own expense, and only after they receive the returned product will they initiate my refund. If Ugaoo advertises a 15-Day Refund Policy, then all important conditions—including self-return and return shipping charge

The app is appealing, and the products are good, but unfortunately, all this is on paper. One of the worst delivery experiences I'm having is with this app, and the customer service is equally appalling.
