The app works perfectly for me. Makes the programming process much more streamlined. The remote finder feature works great and is a game changer.

Terrible remote, app wasnt of any use either. i spent a week trying to get the remote to connect to Sony TV with no luck. I tried this app, it couldnt pair with the remote either. The app has virtual agent, it would make suggestion, i clicked the "It Didn't Work" button that was tied to their suggestion, the agent would reply "you can ask me questions", which i would then do and it would reply with the same "you can ask me questions" without answering any. GARBAGE!!
