Smokers are hard to quit smoking.
If you can not quit smoking, it may be more realistic to aim at reducing smoking.
I can control smokes more clearly if I can see numerically and visually how much I smoke.
Of course, the final key to adjusting smoking cessation or quitting smoking is your own will.
It is the purpose of smoking diary to provide a tool that can help you for those who are willing but not well-adjusted.


1. Main application

The top of the main screen shows my smoking status.
The right side of the screen displays the number of cigarettes in today's date (00:00 to 23:59).
The upper left corner shows the difference from the previous smoking time.
The average smoking interval shows the average of smoking hours today.
Smoking Recommendation Comments The bar recommends a smoking interval based on the average smoking time interval.
If the number of cigarettes smoked yesterday is lower than that in the bottom left, encouragement is displayed.
In the bottom right corner, if you are currently smoking, you can touch the 'now smoke' button to check your smoking.

The recent smoking interval graph, X axis is the number of smoking and Y axis is the smoking interval time.
The smoking interval is the time difference between previous smoking and after smoking.
The Y-axis of the smoking graph is displayed only up to 200 minutes.
200 minutes is 3 hours and 20 minutes. If the smoking interval is more than 3 hours, it is enough leisure time.

2. Notice bar 'now smoking' button

When you smoke, you have to touch the 'now smoke' button.
Since it is cumbersome to start the application each time, you can simply touch it in the notification bar.
If you do not see the "Now Smoking" button on the notification bar or if you have been frozen for a long time, please run the application first.
