2022-08-09	Ka*****	Although my appointment was confirmed and a confirmation mail was sent to me, the appointment disappeared. The customer service blamed me for the situation as they insisted that I cancelled the appointment, but no cancellation is appearing neither in my profile nor in my mailbox. The app isn't working correctly and I'll never use it again.
