As an owner, its useless. It doesn't update about your rentals at all. And Tech support only tells you to go to the website to manage your bike and rentals not do they want to help get your app usable. The website works fine, but why even have an app then??

Edit: Credit where credits due. My issue was finally resolved and I was contacted by the founder for a full apology and refund. Seems like they have had some bad luck with their insurance company going out of business. They seem like they are trying to make positive changes.
