Scanqueue

ScanQueue is the staff app for businesses that run their walk-in queue and appointments with ScanQueue. Manage the day from your phone or tablet — no laptop behind the counter.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Live queue — see who's waiting, call the next customer, and keep every device in sync in real time
• Counters — call, serve, and recall from the counter you're working
• Walk-ins — add a customer at the desk in seconds
• Appointments — today's agenda at a glance, check people in, and reschedule with a slot picker
• Live capacity — track how full you are right now
• No-shows — automatic timeout handling with one-tap recall

BUILT FOR THE FRONT DESK
• Works on phones and tablets
• Screen stays awake while the queue is open
• PIN sign-in for staff, full account sign-in for owners
