Queueup Staff

Queueup Staff turns any tablet into a complete front-of-house queue and order manager for your venue. Built for restaurants, cafes, bars, takeaways, salons and retail counters, it helps your team seat guests
faster and keep the line moving.

SET UP IN SECONDS
Activate a device by scanning your venue's setup QR code, or enter your venue code and license key. Staff sign in with a quick 4-digit PIN.

MANAGE YOUR QUEUE
- See every waiting guest live, updated across all your devices.
- Add customers in seconds with their name and mobile number.
- Mark guests as Arrived, Active or No Show as your shift moves.
- Automatic SMS updates let guests know when their table is ready.

QR CHECK-IN
Display your venue QR code so customers can scan and join the queue themselves, cutting crowding at the counter.

ORDER-WHILE-YOU-WAIT
Review, edit and confirm orders guests placed while waiting, assign a table and area, and send them straight to the kitchen.

PUBLIC DISPLAY MODE
Turn a spare tablet into a customer-facing queue screen. Exit any time with a staff PIN.

MADE FOR BUSY SHIFTS
- Landscape, tablet-first layout designed for the counter.
- Role-based access so each team member sees the right tools.
- Venue timezone and booking limits under your control.
