2024-04-24	Ch*****	I had posted an earlier review was (eventually) incorrect. Too many ads! But the laundry machine providers are willing to make refunds where appropriate, and keep the software working.

2023-11-28	Sh*****	Wish I could give zero stars. Can no longer sign in by email and it keeps saying the QR code for the laundry room is invalid. Manually entering the room code gives a location not found. I'm thankful that I didn't have a balance in my account as I only ever put exactly what I needed. Now I'm stuck having to pay x1 more per load at the gross coin laundry.

2023-09-04	Pa*****	Very easy to use. The only problem I have with it is that ads pop up on it. I dont want to see ads at all. Everyone has to see them all day everywhere else. Arnt yall happy someone is paying to use your services? Id say yes. Drop the ads.

2023-08-27	va*****	Cant even use this app anymore it tells to to scan room code or put wash number and it says it cant find the location! I cant even log in with my google account anymore because of this! I hate looking at this new pop screen saying "we need to find your laundry room" well tried literally 10 times to put the code and QR code and nothing! Just remove that and let me log in with email like it was! Please.

2023-08-27	Cy*****	This was a 5 star app until 1 week ago. Now i am completely unable to connect & i have $22 on my account and a pile of dirty clothes. I have no transportation so this app connecting me to the complex' laundry room is a lifeline for me. Please fix it immediately for the sake of all of us who have no other option than our complex' laundry room. Thank you.

2023-06-19	Na*****	ADS ARE HORRIBLE. Can't extend time on dryer and ads pop up every time you touch a button. Operationally it seems to work ok. Only reason for the 2nd star.

I know this because I will randomly find my BT on when I have no deviced connected. IT ONLY HAPPENS WITH THIS APP. Download it, use it. Uninstall. Repeat when needed. Suspicious app.
