Recent reviews

Cannot register. It does not send 4 digit code to register phone number. What a mess. Now no one in the building can do laundry. Finally got it to work. Had to download separate texting app to get the verification code. Added funds to my account to find out they upped the price to $2 a load in a tiny washer. You guys eliminated the need for quarter collectors. That means you don't pay them anymore. You should be able to keep your prices the same. Instead you raised prices for bigger profit

After trying to contact through app, which was a no go, the review here did send contact info back to me. I did get my refund. Thank you. I got charged and the machine reset. I requested a $2 refund and never got it after 2 weeks. So beware of this app and Caleco.
