iAppreciate app helps to recognize and appreciate each other for the good work done. This app digitizes the appreciation process and includes the approval workflow for managers.

This app makes the appreciation process easy. User can select colleagues, select core values and subcategories and then create the appreciation requests. Approved appreciation requests are visible in the activity feed for all employees to view, comment and like.

This app can also be used to say Thank you to a colleague for the help received. This app encourages the culture of appreciation in the team and fosters collaboration between teams.

Users can view current appreciation points received. Managers have a bird’s eye view of their team's appreciation points and appreciation related activities.
