Upreciate promotes recognition among employees, reinforcing team involvement through a gamification platform.
Employees can quickly recognize the efforts of peers and managers, giving them a Thumbs up or assessing their skills. Points are awarded for recognition actions and employees can see their position on the company's Monthly, Quarterly or Annual leaderboard.
They can also exchange the accumulated stars for rewards and follow their status in the application.
