2026-08-03	Ca*****	Unless you pay a subscription, you can only keep a log of ONE day. Attempting to log tests or chemicals after that one day gives you the prompt "You must subscribe" and that is kind of garbage for a person who is just trying to maintain a single pool. I only downloaded this because TroubleFreePool is a useful website, but this is lackluster.

2026-07-23	Ho*****	OMG. I don't get people who say this is difficult to use. It takes maybe 10 minutes to figure out. I did end up buying the membership because... duh... this took effort to make and I want to support it. But, it always gives me the right levels of chemicals to keep my water super clear (provided I and others don't do something stupid). And, when I do have issues, the forums at Trouble Free Pool are so prompt in offering answers. I've never had a combination of services that works better.

2026-07-03	Jo*****	downloaded the app, registered, and then wanted to use the app to balance my pool water. it told me to download the app...that I was already using. So I logged out and then could not log back in, I jyst got a message that said "Oops! Something went wrong" I am pretty tech saavy and this app is not well constructed or managed.
