OMG. I don't get people who say this is difficult to use. It takes maybe 10 minutes to figure out. I did end up buying the membership because... duh... this took effort to make and I want to support it. But, it always gives me the right levels of chemicals to keep my water super clear (provided I and others don't do something stupid). And, when I do have issues, the forums at Trouble Free Pool are so prompt in offering answers. I've never had a combination of services that works better.
