I've been an AA member for years & juz lately (last few years) I juz couldn't log into my account anymore. It doesn't recognise my IC number, my hp number, etc. Tried so many times n still it failed to log me in. I've wasted a few of my Rm 5 vouchers, so frustrating!! The AA staff can't even help me to rectify it??? So how like that.?! I've since uninstalled d app, but I still hv got vouchers in it according to d staff. How???
