I submitted an inquiry through your mobile app, but it seems your staff are not utilizing the system effectively. The app appears to only be used for managing points, making other features feel pointless. It seems your team is not fully trained or familiar with how to use the app. If the app is meant to improve service, it needs to be utilized better. Please consider enhancing usability and staff training to make it more effective
