Triox Run Gym Management

Triox Run brings your gym’s daily work together in one management app. Appointments, member records, package tracking, payments and group class attendance are on the same screen instead of in separate notebooks.

The app opens according to each user’s role: gym owners, trainers, reception staff and members use the same app, but each sees only their own work.

GYM OWNER
• Daily overview: appointments, completed sessions, no-shows and gym occupancy
• Monthly payments collected, overdue balances and total outstanding balance
• Completed sessions by trainer and member check-in/check-out activity
• Package catalog, group class schedule and branch settings
• Staff and member invitations

TRAINER
• Your own day and week; other trainers’ calendars are not visible
• Your members’ packages, remaining allowances and measurement history
• Create training programs and assign them to members
• Session notes and attendance

RECEPTION
• Create, reschedule and cancel appointments
• Cash, card or bank transfer payments; installment sales
• Package sales and renewals
• Member check-in with QR codes

MEMBER
• Your own appointments, package and remaining allowance
• Group class participation and waiting list
• View and save your training program
• Measurement history and payment statement

HOW IT WORKS
• Conflicts are checked on the server: the same trainer cannot be in two places at the same time
• Allowances follow defined rules: a group class session is deducted only for attendees, not for no-shows
• The gym sets the free cancellation window
• Members sign in with a one-time code or QR code provided by the gym; no member password is required
• Staff sign in with email and password

ACCESS AND PRICING
The app is free to download. To use it, your gym needs an active Triox Run license and must provide you with an account or sign-in code. The gym license is paid; staff and members are not charged a separate Triox Run subscription fee.

YOUR DATA
Your records are stored on Triox Run servers, with access separated by gym. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS. There are no ads in the app. Google ML Kit, used in the Android QR scanner, may collect app and device information, installation identifiers and technical event data for diagnostics and usage analysis. Camera images and QR code content are not sent to Google. See the privacy policy for details. You can request deletion of your account and records from the app or our website.
