2025-01-09	Ch*****	The add card to wallet functionality is broken in latest version 3.2.12. As soon as you select a field, like card number or name, the window/frame shrinks. After that there's no way to scroll or increase the size of the frame. As a result, it's impossible to add/change credit card. Please fix soon

2024-07-21	Go*****	Absolutely outrageous, I used to love the app to make extra money outside of my regular job. I just had a sit booked after a long time, I was supposed to be paid around 70£ but Bubble took almost 20£ of that money. When you calculate the profits they take from parents and nanny together on the first sit, is around 50% of the total number of both parties! Absolutely joke. Had I known, I would have never done that last sit. What a rip-off. I am absolutely disgusted and won't be recommending them.

2023-09-30	an*****	I have been using this app for 3 weeks and had 3 cancellations so far, out of 8. Why do parents need to pay if cancelling but sitter can just cancel without any fee? They can just cancel an hour before coz they might not feel like working but parents are forced to cancel their plans. Why not add a fee for them to pay TOO? I bet they won't be cancelling because the weather is nice and feel like can't be bothered with this!

It doesn't remember preferences and trends to "forget" nannies hired some time ago --- Developer answered pretty quickly :) no, the starred nannies do disappear even after 50 sits and as I said the time form resets every time "add date" is clicked. At very least use the previous input, or introduce templates... Look at the analytics data to learn about the user's behaviour

2022-12-23	Ma*****	Had lots of issues trying to subscribe but then the customer service team got in touch and they were wonderful. Am now using the app and had some responses from babysitters already. The customer service team also reply in minutes whenever you get stuck. Changed my rating to 5 stars!

2022-11-05	Ca*****	Never got one reply to my add, cost is way to high for the lack of engagement you receive. I uninstalled the app over a month ago but have today been charged again so have had to re install to ask for my account to be closed. My advice is don't bother with this app it seems very misleading.

2022-03-05	Sa*****	Great service, every sitter I have booked has been very capable & very lovely, and the app is great for parents as it gives you the option to choose who you want to offer a particular booking to. I did have problems with an earlier version of the app, which Bubble worked hard to solve, but in the end it was only solved by getting a new phone. It's not possible to log in to your account using a browser so I'd recommend having a fairly up to date phone. Excellent service - highly recommend it!

2021-09-04	Ja*****	I joined the app to explore my options of supplying childcare and once I decided that it wasn't got me i deleted the app and went about my day. Its now been months and I receive texts constantly about people wanting childcare. I text stop as I left the app but it does nothing. Currently attempting the third time to leave via the app.

2021-07-02	Na*****	When after multiple attempts of trying to access my account and not getting the verification message sent, I finally managed to get in and tried updating my profile I was unable to as each time an error appears and I cannot do anything - change my bio, rate, do anything really... The worst part there is no way to even report it. Terrible app
