With your consent, Trakker reads your activity metrics (steps, distance, calories), sleep, heart rate (resting heart rate, variability, VO₂ max), and body composition (weight, height, body fat percentage) from Health Connect to show you your progress and recovery insights. The weight and sleep data you record in the app are also saved in Health Connect, so your data is available in your other apps. Access is optional, and you can revoke it at any time from Health Connect.
