good at first but now it sucks

I signed up on this app I found a shift for a warehouse position, it was a pretty good drive and it was easy work. So I worked it a few different times before I was requested by the company to come and do the shifts! When I went to log in and accept the shifts all of a sudden my account was blocked! I was very confused so I called and was told I was rejected because of my background check! That makes no sense! There was nothing remotely recent or violent or obviously a problem for the company!!
