I like the flexibility with when I work, but the support is awful. Lexi AI just circles back on herself, you can't actually see what you did supposedly did wrong to get a negative review, you can't appeal it, and can't see where you are blocked from. I did 20 or so shifts at a job, had a great day, but got a negative review after I appealed my clocked hours. No help, nothing told, and no way to know if I can still work at that location.

It's not gonna work out. I'll tell indeed flex right now that this isn't gonna work out. And the main reason is because there's no call center.There's too much miscommunication, there's too many booking issues.There's too many problems. it has been proven time and time again. That businesses who do not effectively communicate with their customers fail. That includes their employees that is not opinion. That is fact. get a phone line. what you're trying is not new.There's no reason to screw it up
