Nasip Kısmet: Marriage Path

Nasip Kısmet is a marriage app for Muslims, built on written intros and consent. Every member declares their intention to marry when they register; contact is possible only with the opposite gender, and only after the other person accepts.

INTENTION FIRST
The Discover tab is not a deck of photos; it is a board of written intros. Each member has one intro: their intention, a few words about themselves and, if they wish, their expectations from marriage, how they involve their family and their red lines. The card shows the intention and the title first; the photo is small. Prayer, school of thought and marital status are shown on the intro page. There is no swiping, no likes and no matching game. Filters for age, city, country, prayer, school of thought and marital status are free.

CONVERSATIONS START WITH CONSENT
You send a written introduction request to an intro you feel is suitable. A conversation opens only if the other person accepts; someone you decline can never send you another request. In Messages you talk with text, photos and voice messages.

VOICE AND VIDEO CALLS
Calls become available in an accepted conversation once both of you have written at least three messages. Calls go directly between the two devices, are end-to-end encrypted and are never recorded. During video calls, screenshots and screen recording are blocked; if someone tries, the other person is told. You can turn off voice or video calls in settings.

CONTACT DETAILS FILTER
Phone numbers, e-mail addresses, social media handles and links are blocked in messages, introduction requests, intros and profiles.

7 LANGUAGES, 23 COUNTRIES
The app itself is available in 7 languages: Turkish, English, Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Kurdish (Sorani and Kurmanji) and Greek. Members from Türkiye, Cyprus, the Gulf, the Middle East and Europe meet in one community; country and city are simply filters. If their author has allowed AI translation, intros and profile texts in another language are translated into yours; the original is one tap away. Your own texts are translated only if you opt in (off by default). Income is entered in each country's own currency and shown to you as an approximate amount in yours.

SIGN-UP
Sign up with Apple or Google, no password needed. A marriage-intention declaration, confirmation that you are 18 or older, a profile photo, prayer practice, school of thought and marital status are required. Divorced and widowed members are welcome.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY
• Report a profile, an intro, a single message, a whole conversation or a call; block anywhere
• Reports are handled by people within 24 hours
• Screenshot protection on chat and profile screens
• No location permission; only the city you choose is shown
• Download your data and permanently delete your account from inside the app
• Nobody under 18 can register

FREE PLAN AND PREMIUM
The free plan includes 5 introduction requests, 30 seconds of voice and 30 seconds of video calling every 24 hours. Messaging in accepted conversations and all filters are always free. Premium removes the limits on requests and call time; if either person in a call has Premium, the call is unlimited for both.

Premium is offered as weekly, monthly and 6-month auto-renewable subscriptions; the price is shown in your currency in the store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings and restore purchases from inside the app.
