2025-01-28	Ke*****	The only way to get support in the go is through the app, and the messages are either undelivered or ignored, have no idea if they even receive the message or not. There is no record of your messages either so you can never prove that you tried to reach out to them.

Took a week after getting my Sim to connect due to lack of the infythet gave and once it has as connected it had an unknown phone number on my account which I never gave them so it took another 9 days to rectify that but still not fully working. I strongly suggest staying away from TPG because theyr so incompetent and the Phillipines call centre has no idea how to fix things. USELESS PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COST.

2024-11-11	In*****	This is fairly useless at the best of times. Poor user interface, difficult to parse information, check internet function is about as useful as the Google header gimmick. But now I can't even log in, and logging in via the browser instead is also not working. Brilliant. Internet connectivity experts!

2024-10-25	Na*****	I was so excited for an app to finally view and manage my account and bills! Unfortunately, this sorely disapponts. It logs me out every time you close the app, press your home button or switch between apps. Basically, once the app is no longer the thing on your screen, the app logs you out. Getting annoying.

2024-10-02	Ma*****	Absolutely USELESS app. Whoever designed this app should be fired and blacklisted from the industry. God forbid you want to PAY YOUR BILL. Every time I need to pay my bill, I spend 30 minutes trying to figure out how to pay it through the app, and then end up just doing it on the website instead. Seriously, if there is only one function you want in an internet provider app, it's paying your bill. But no, not with TPG! Not possible apparently! TPG should be embarrassed.

2024-09-23	A *****	Constant error messages. App logs you out when doing connection tests or speed tests. When trying to log back in, repeated failed log in messages appear when the correct log in details are used. After 2 hours, I successfully managed to have a connection fault report sent and then all of a sudden got logged out of the app and was unable to log back in

2024-08-13	Fi*****	Next to useless, when checking internet connection it says everything is working, when I go to check connection speed I am told "unable to detect an internet connection" because it is in fact offline. If you go to contact them via app it makes you enter the problem BUT you can't submit it without your member number: there is no member number field. They are not interested in fixing it either, I have reported it to them via their website, noted and then ignored.

The app has no unique interface it has just a webview of another horrible Web app. TPG is one of the biggest Telecom industries in Australia with a net income nearly half a billion dollars and they haven't invested more than a couple hundred dollars for this app! For $100 I can make a better app.

2024-07-18	Ey*****	Don't go TPG mobile I couldn't believe how bad the network connection is - I couldn't make any calls & receive calls/texts. It made our life very difficult. I had to stop & ask directions in even near city when I travelled because I couldn't use the data to use the map. If you have at least decent connection now with your current provider, stay away from this garbage.

I tried to send a message but when I submitted it I was presented with an error message relating to input in a non-existent field. Then, annoyingly, it sent me back to the login screen forcing me to endure the tedious login procedure again. Please TPG, fix your app, or better still engage competent developers to build a new one from scratch.
