i thought pte paid meant you pay and you use what you pay for its like getting a taxi paying the full fair and getting dropped off half way and told to walk the rest of the way getting ripped

Expensive compared to Optus. or Aldi and Belong who use Telstra as their server anyway, with same coverage. Telstra also just sent an apology for their outage which was almost 3 days in my area not 1 day as their apology email stated but with no compensation. whereas Optus gave financial assistance for their errors. Not Telstra. For the exhuberant pricing and cheap labour call centre no $ Also, service centre was in Phillipines last time I actually got to talk to a consultant. Horrid Company
