Just used this for the first time and was impressed by the car and convenience, however there were points to improve. #1 was that the car stopped responding after we parked it for about 30 min. I tried all the troubleshooting which said to turn on and off Bluetooth etc. I ended up calling support who told me to turn on and off wifi. This wasn't in the instructions so I suggested they add it to prevent people having to call. The girl was pretty grumpy about this for some reason.
