For some time, this refurbished menu was available in Flipkart, but now it's gone from there as well. So, you need to look at other platforms for refurb deals, like Sahi Value, MobileGoo or Xtracover. Cashify is somewhat expensive but still worth trying. I'm personally using Moto X4 that got from 2GUD at an unbelievable price back in 2019, almost 4 years ago.

Not opening after 20 min of non stop struggling, and many attempts to open it. I have good Internet connection, a better android phone still not opening, it means the problem is not from mine side. Kindly delete this app from play store if you don't want your users to let them open.😡 the original flipkart app don't take even 30 sec to fully load but this 😵😵‍💫😩😫🥱

2023-02-18	ma*****	Very bad experience. it can't even show the homepage which seems the developers are serious enough about this. Multiple tries and different network and it still didn't work. I'm not gonna use it again but hope you still fix it if you are serious about running this.

2021-10-02	Va*****	Would have marked it with a negative rating, if there was an option. literally horrendous experience. Their superb quality refurbished laptop died in 2 months. They took months to answer the complaint, more months to pickup and guess what, sent pathetic broken laptop in the name of repair. Would never ever recommend anyone to use this app.

2021-07-14	Sa*****	What the hell is happening Koi bhi category nhi h or bahoot slow work or rha h App And it shows many items but they are undeliverable or out of stock if the product is out of stock then why you guys are showing it on the list remove it if it is out of stock and It shows all items that are shown from starting I know it because I'm using this. App since it was created and used it at that time also when it comes in Flipkart as an refurbished category It feels very very terrifying when I use it

But if you found any issue then you are screwed.. They are not going to refund the amount and your hard earned money will be looted. I bought a phone and had battery draining and heating issues.. 3+ times I opted for return and refund after 2 days they will start calling you "click 1 to cancel your return" if we say no then also they will cancel it.

I bought a laptop, and it was with windows 10 installed, but later when I asked for product key, which was expired, they said, they will refund it but won't give the product key, which is my right to have it, as I have paid in full for the product, and they don't care about customers, and there after sales service are not good at all. This company is worst than any other!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

The products they display on site or on app and what do they deliver is absolutely different. I really wonder how can they do this to customers. They don't even have return options also there is no any contact number. You can't call, msg, and event mail is not working. Shopping from this app is absolutely waste of time and money. Don't go for it.

2020-08-11	Ba*****	Didn't get invoice copy with the product and there is no option to download the invoice of the order in the 2gud site. I have already contacted multiple times via the email us option. But didn't get any reply till now. Also sent mail to their grievance officer for proof . Still no response. They just ignore us after the purchase. Calling them is unavailable right now. Won't purchase anything from Flipkart or 2gud in the future.
