2025-01-21	ke*****	its infuriating trying to contact any one for any help at this company, i tried their live chat; told me to update the app(its updated) so i tried it online wouldnt let me in. i emailed them no response, i called them, a bot told me to email them.

2024-12-26	Ki*****	It would be wonderful if your app actually worked or your mods paid attention because I've been trying to upload a new card to collect my tips. I haven't been able to file my taxes through ADP apps in 3 years. How am I supposed to do anything on technology when it doesn't work properly? And every time you hit the enter button it just goes to a new line of complaints. You don't actually fix any problems

2024-12-17	T *****	Had unauthorized transactions happen on my card tryed contacting support and nothing. Got an automated message on the phone line telling you to email them and when you email u get the same! This company owes me money and is doing everything to not get it back to me. If I wasn't forced to use this app for work I'd never use it. Do not recommend, would give negative stars if possible!

2024-12-17	Ad*****	This is terrible...costs 1.50 to t transfer...get errors very often can only send 1k at at time ...it would not let me agree to the new terms and conditions for some reason ...somehow they figured out a way to add friction to the payment process ... overall the worst decision to go digital ...the minimum star is 1 to be able to leave a comment ...but I rate no stars

This company absolutely has to be using the cash given as collateral in a manner of using it as collateral, highly suspicious. This company is an absolute fraud that solely exists because employers see it as a great service, this would the case if the service wasn't a absolute garbage. You cannot use your own money how you want nor get it off the card it's a scam and affects many Canadian service workers and it's a shame it does...

Well you know what? When the technical issues are constant, then technically your product is the issue. Support is almost non existent. Update. 1000s of expired cards with the money trapped.
