its infuriating trying to contact any one for any help at this company, i tried their live chat; told me to update the app(its updated) so i tried it online wouldnt let me in. i emailed them no response, i called them, a bot told me to email them.

It would be wonderful if your app actually worked or your mods paid attention because I've been trying to upload a new card to collect my tips. I haven't been able to file my taxes through ADP apps in 3 years. How am I supposed to do anything on technology when it doesn't work properly? And every time you hit the enter button it just goes to a new line of complaints. You don't actually fix any problems
