TobaccoTimer: Smoke Less

This app is designed to support you in reducing your smoking.

TobaccoTimer helps you gradually cut down on cigarettes by managing the interval between smokes with a timer. Instead of quitting cold turkey, you can start with one small step: simply waiting a little longer between cigarettes.

In addition to traditional cigarettes, it also supports VAPE and other products without a set endpoint for each smoking session. Set a smoking duration and receive a notification when time is up.


■ How to use

Just press the smoke button every time you have a cigarette.
When the set interval (default: 60 minutes) has passed, you'll receive a notification.
Until the notification arrives, hold off on the next one — that's all there is to it.

Can't wait until the timer runs out? No problem.
Press the button and the timer resets, with the smoke logged as a record.

The number of cigarettes you've recorded is automatically converted into a cost based on your pack price setting.
"How much have I spent today?" — you can check in real time every time you press the button.

Set a smoking duration for VAPE and other products without a clear endpoint for each session.
You'll receive a notification when the set time has passed, helping you avoid extended sessions and stay aware of how long each one lasts.

【Snooze Function】
For moments when you think you can wait just a little longer — use the snooze setting.
Freely configure the snooze interval (5–30 minutes) and snooze count (0–10 times).

【Smoking Log & Statistics】
Every time you press the smoke button, a record is saved.
The statistics screen shows your daily and monthly cigarette count and costs.
The calendar view lets you spot trends at a glance.
A "projected total" for cigarettes and costs is also displayed based on your current pace, helping you stay motivated to reduce.

【Cost Visualization】
Choose between quantity-based and expense-based cost tracking.
With quantity-based tracking, set your pack size and price to calculate smoking costs automatically.
With expense-based tracking, record spending on cigarettes, cartridges, e-liquid, and more, then review it in your statistics and expense history.
Seeing "how much you've spent this month" in numbers can change your mindset around smoking.
