I haven't watched regular cable in weeks thanks to the discontinuation of "dash" channels. I'm so stressed. I was told to download the app and I could watch again on a smart tv but I haven't been able to get the app to download.....it only wants to download to my phone or table and I DON'T WANT TO WATCH TV ON MY PHONE OR TABLET. HOW DO I GET THE APP ON A SMART TV SO THAT I CAN WATCH LIVE TV AGAIN? IT'S COSTING ME A FORTUNE AND I'M GETTING NOTHING OUT OF IT.

Very unprofessional service and disrespectful to the elderly people in our community, when receiving a call that service technician will be here the phone hangs up and when you call back they say it's not possible to get anyone there today that they will have to reschedule! This has happened more than 6 times in the last year and they blame my 86 year old mom but I answered the call the last few times and it happens exactly the same when I answer! Very unprofessional and disrespectful business!
