Please explain how I'm able to sign in on the website but not the app? It makes zero sense. It's literally the exact same username n password for both. It works every time on the site n never the app. I get an errorcode instead. I mean the app is garbage to begin with, probably one of the worst apps created. But i should still be able to sign in to it if i want. Hmm it seems I've answered my own question. The reason I can only sign into the web and not the app is because... Oh ya it's garbage

This is a horrible app. 90% of the time it won't work. I have tried it on multiple devices to rule out device tech issues. When it finally does work, it will shut down mid-stream and say something went wrong and it can't connect. I have also tried connecting to different boxes in my home to rule those out and it won't ever connect to any but a single box. What a joke.
