TrailMate: Trail Events

TrailMate is everything for your running: plan routes and run them with a voice in your ear, find your next race or host your own, and get your crew ready together.

PLAN ROUTES
Generate a trail loop to your target distance and climb from anywhere, and see how much of each option is real trail before you pick one. Draw your own route tap by tap, or trace it freehand and it snaps to the paths. Import a GPX file. Preview the elevation profile, then reverse it, add laps, move the start, repeat a section or build hill reps into it, and save it for later.

RUN WITH GUIDANCE
Follow any route with live navigation: spoken turn by turn directions that know the junctions and name the roads, off route alerts with the way back, climb warnings and kilometre splits read aloud. Set a target finish time and TrailMate builds you a pace plan, kilometre by kilometre, with targets that account for the hills and a slider to start easier or start faster. The screen can stay locked, cues dip your music politely, and the map rotates to face your direction.

RECORD YOUR RUNS
Record free runs with distance, pace and elevation. Set a distance or time target and hear halfway and target reached. Afterwards see every split, and how each one compared to your plan. Your path becomes a route you can navigate again, share as a story card or download as GPX for your watch. Already run it on a watch? Import the activity from Garmin, Coros, Suunto or Polar and it lands in your history.

Browse real trail races on a list or map, search by name or find events near you. Look around without an account. Join free events with one tap or buy tickets in the app, with QR entry on race day.

FOLLOW THE ORGANISERS
Race organisers get a page of their own: upcoming events, their shop and their news in one place. Follow the ones you run with and hear first when they open a new race.

HOST YOUR OWN EVENT
Create a trail event in minutes, from a Saturday club run to a full race. Take free RSVPs or sell tickets and get paid out to your bank, scan QR entries at the start line, and manage your runners with a live roster, CSV export and custom registration questions. Ticket buyers give an emergency contact for each entrant, so you have it on the day. Attach the course, post announcements and surveys, set the mandatory kit list, sell merch, and run a volunteer rota with roles, shifts, leads, a crew chat and check in on the day.

GET READY TOGETHER
Every event has a group chat, polls and announcements. Organise carpools, share accommodation, plan travel together, split costs with your crew and tick off the kit list.

RUN WITH MATES
Add mates, see each other's runs in an activity feed, give kudos and comments, and share routes by link.
