HabitFlow is a daily habit tracker that helps you build and maintain routines by logging your progress each day.

Start in seconds with built-in starter templates for drinking water, moving for 20 minutes, a sleep routine, or reading, or create your own habit from scratch. Give each habit a name, a goal, a category, an emoji, and a daily target count for countable habits like glasses of water or pages read. Assign the days of the week it should run so the app only counts the days that matter, and add private notes to remind yourself how you want to approach it.

Tap to mark a single-check habit done, or use the add and undo buttons to record exact completion counts against your target. The dashboard opens on a Today summary showing how many of today's habits are complete, your best current streak, and which reminder is coming up next. Each habit card shows its category, streak, reminder schedule, and a live progress bar, and a 7-day consistency chart reveals your weekly pattern at a glance.

HabitFlow calculates the current streak and longest streak for each habit from its own scheduled days, so a weekday-only habit is never penalized for a weekend. Optional reminders notify you at your chosen time on the days you select, and they are restored after device reboots and time-zone changes.
