HabitFlow is a simple habit tracker that helps you build better habits and keep the daily routine you actually want. Create a habit in seconds, tick it off each day, and watch your streak grow.

Everything works offline. There is no account and no sign up, and the app does not request internet access, so everything you track stays on your phone.

SCHEDULES THAT FIT REAL LIFE
Not every goal is an every-day goal, so each habit can repeat in four ways:
- Every day
- Chosen days of the week, such as Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- A set number of times per week, such as 3 times
- Every few days, such as every 3 days
The home screen only lists what is actually due today, so a Monday habit stays out of the way on Tuesday.

Pick from 18 ready-made habit templates such as Drink Water, Morning Exercise, Read 20 Pages, Morning Meditation, Journal and Deep Work Session. Sort your daily routines into 8 categories (Health, Fitness, Mindfulness, Learning, Productivity, Social, Creative, General), choose from 95 icons, and filter the day by category.

STREAKS, GOALS AND STATISTICS
Track the numbers that tell you whether a habit is really sticking:
- Current streak and best streak for every habit
- Completion rate, and total days completed out of days scheduled
- A habit strength score out of 100 built from your consistency
- Weekly, monthly and yearly charts of what you finished
- Your top-performing habits ranked by completion rate
- A row of progress rings for the current week on the home screen

A CALENDAR THAT SHOWS THE TRUTH
Every habit gets its own progress calendar marking completed, skipped and missed days. Tap any past date to fix it if you forgot to log something. A separate calendar tab shows which habits were due on any date and which ones got done. Days you were due but did not finish roll over and get marked as skipped on their own.

MISSED A DAY? REPAIR THE STREAK
You earn one recovery token a month, up to three saved at a time. Spend one to restore a missed day from the last seven days instead of watching a long streak reset to zero.

- Optional app lock using fingerprint, face unlock or your device PIN, which re-locks every time you leave the app

YOUR DATA, YOUR BACKUP
Export every habit and its full history to a JSON file, keep it anywhere, and import it back on a new phone. You can also erase everything, behind a double confirmation so it never happens by accident.

MAKE IT YOURS
Three color themes (Serene Blue, Mindful Green, Warm Neutral), plus light and dark styling that follows your phone setting. Add a name, avatar and interests to a local profile.

PERMISSIONS
The only Android permissions this app declares are notifications, exact alarm, run at startup and vibration, which belong to the habit reminder feature, plus biometric and fingerprint, which are used only if you switch on the optional app lock. No internet, location, camera, contacts or storage access is requested.
