2026-04-21	Wo*****	When I signed up, you had two options on how to use your Solar Batteries - "Earnings" or "Self Consumption". Now they have completely removed the latter, which earns THEM a lot of money, whilst you get paid a pittance. They also shorten the life span of the batteries! Give me back the "Self Consumption" option!!!

I bought a load balancer without a subscription contract, which caused me problems at work because I couldn't charge my car due to what's called "smart charging"!! It was a very complicated night. I couldn't solve the problem, and you stopped charging the car charger because there's no way to stop smart charging due to a malfunction that hasn't been fixed yet. How can you sell a product where you're the main controller and make the user your slave who can't stop this?

2026-03-30	Sh*****	Overall the app is good and responsive. with pulse, you get almost real time energy consumption but there is a deeper issue if you have solar and want to charge your EV. 1. there is an option to solar charge with excess energy produced by your house. but this is tied to grid rewards. 2. the result of this is you charge your car during odd times to support the grid and of course during these times, the rates are often high. why would I want to charge at € 25 cents when I can with excess solar?

2026-03-29	Ja*****	Crashed when I tried to log in. Tried restarting phone and reinstall. Same. Tibber fixed the problem relatively quickly. The app is otherwise ok, but lacks some functionality when it comes to controlling water- and room heaters according to el-price, heat and load.

2026-03-29	Th*****	Strompreis widget ist auf einmal verschwunden. Jeden unnötigen Firlefanz musste implementiert werden, die eigentliche Funktion die ich aber benötige ist inzwischen irgendwo versteckt.

2026-03-29	Va*****	love the app, usually. right now, it refuses to start 😲 the loading screen comes up, it seems to be losing for a second or two, and then proceeds to cash (i.e. just closes). haven't used the app for a couple of weeks before today. have reinstalled the app, have restarted my phone, to no avail, same behavior. gonna try to join the beta in the meantime, maybe a fix is out already...

2026-03-29	Ro*****	crash on open, oh and a month ago it wasted 30 euros with 'smart charge'. don't use it! it was perfectly cheap at night but it decided to charge during the most expensive time! I only wanted 30% at 07.00 in the morning but it put 80% and wasted a lot of money.

If Tibber truly cared about saving money for customers, they would fix their broken payment system: - No notification in the app if payment failed. This forces the customer to be extremely capital inefficient by having excess capital on their bank account. - No support for a backup payment option, ensuring that extra fees are levied on the user. - Resorts to collection agencies with added fees, causing savings to evaporate.
