I tried every method to contact Ostrom so I can get my bill checked. One day in the app a random meter reading for 9000 kWh in November in a 35m² apartment, when my yearly consumption in the last 2 YEARS was below 2000!!!!! Not only that, but I'm sick of sending emails and not having a response. Of course, I canceled my contract, but it's just ridiculous how an "energy" company doesn't have a support line! Don't fall for this SCAM! I naively did because it was an "English-speaking provider".
