2024-09-10	La*****	Thrive's android app made booking an appointment for my cat Lucy's eye infection incredibly stress-free. It was super intuitive to find available time slots with my vet and manage everything via my profile. I was able to book directly with my preferred vet, then view my past and future appointment, medications, and lab results. Super convenient!

2024-01-11	Ja*****	The app is frustrating. Not working. It will only go to inputting my vet location, then gets lost with the spinning icon that it's thinking, but nothing happens. I've deleted and reopened the app several times, with the same results. So unless you have direct contact with Thrive Plus through your current vet, don't count on any help from the app.

It won't allow to make any updates; it gives a code error message every time I try to update any of my personal info or when selecting a primary care facility on the map feature. What is strange is that somehow, my message history is still shown but all of my pups info is completely gone. Reinstalling does not fix the issue. Customer service has been unresponsive about addressing the problem. Fix this app!

2023-10-19	Ri*****	Nothing seems to work, not functional at all. Cannot save user data, cannot search for vet office. Cannot leave a screen without completing the data, but errors pop up, not allowing you to save the data. Receive an error message when opening the app itself that you have to dismiss. Is this thing still a WIP?

2023-09-09	Ma*****	It's not a functional app. User information can be opened and looks like you can update your information. However, once you hit submit, a coding error window pops up, and none of the information is saved. When trying to access the Preferred Vet map, app is unable to load, and also won't let you leave until a clinic is selected.

2023-09-05	Ab*****	My entire app is completely unusable, I cannot change any profile information or see any pet information. I am constantly getting error codes just by opening the app. Had a very critical moment where I needed to access my pets information and also make an appointment but could not use the app at all. Has stayed this way for a very long time.

2023-09-04	Ke*****	The app was helpful when I first downloaded it, but now it doesn't even show my cat on my profile. Every time I open the app it gives some sort of error that I don't understand (seems to be related to the programming based on the weird characters in the error). It also never shows my partner as a co-manager of the account despite my adding her several times. Also, whenever we take our cat to a Thrive location they never have us registered as members despite us paying monthly. Please fix.

Catch to this is that my clinic doesn't come up (even if I zoom into the location it is at), despite it being a thrive clinic AND being on the thrive website. So I can't use the app at all! Would love if they could fix it. Yes it's been updated Yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x.

2022-12-29	T *****	App doesn't work. Logged in because I'm already a member and it keeps bringing up a map of Africa and asking me to choose a convenient Thrive location. I go to the US and give it access to my location and there is still no locations to choose from. What a waste. Glad I've only enrolled one of my dogs.

2022-10-09	sh*****	Unresponsive and honestly useless. It doesn't book appointments, the chat is unresponsive. Feels like I'm talking to myself. I checked to make sure I paid for the service, then went back and it still wasn't working. I had to book a n appointment on line. What's the point of having the service and app if it doesn't work??
