It was super intuitive to find available time slots with my vet and manage everything via my profile. I was able to book directly with my preferred vet, then view my past and future appointment, medications, and lab results. Super convenient!

The app is frustrating. Not working. It will only go to inputting my vet location, then gets lost with the spinning icon that it's thinking, but nothing happens. I've deleted and reopened the app several times, with the same results. So unless you have direct contact with Thrive Plus through your current vet, don't count on any help from the app.
