Inner Family System Therapy (IFS Therapy) states that we all have many different parts, and there is a Self, our true nature, that acts as the inner leader of those parts, and the parts and the Self are like an internal ecosystem. I think it has the same system as my family. IFS therapy is an innovative way to understand the diversity within an individual by applying it to the family system.

We aim for growth and healing within relationships through psychotherapy techniques such as IFS therapy and IFIO therapy, which applies IFS therapy to couple therapy, and furthermore, Imago therapy, which is the basis of couple therapy.

We sell information such as related video lectures and materials, as well as IFS heart cards.
