Choose your squad, send them on a mission, and wait. Missions unfold in real time and continue even when the game is closed, making The Company a true idle management game.

When your mercenaries return, you'll receive a detailed narrative report describing everything that happened during the expedition, including victories, defeats, injuries, desertions, discoveries, and permanent deaths.
