so I restarted my game and have been playing for a little over a week. my problem is that for the last 3 days, instead of leveling up, their level resets and they won't level up? I gave it 3 whole days and now I'm over it so I just uninstalled. It only happened after they were lv15+ but it effectively stopped my progress. Other than that I really enjoyed the game.
