2025-02-03	Sh*****	An ARRIVED button should be added to calculate the waiting time/charges. Customers usually asks to start the ride only after they handover the parcel and many times the waiting time goes around 20-30 mins for which we don't get anything. Also in many cases after waiting so long we have to cancel the order due to oversize/overweight for which sometimes we only get Rs 10. Pls look into these issues and try to resolve asap. Thanks 🙏👍

2025-01-30	Pa*****	Best earning way but some point need to be changed 1 pickup range is to high 2 commission 20% is too much 3 back to home is missing 4order detailing is missing for example images and weight 5 cancellation is missing by driver 6 emergency and vihical breakdown is very too high 7 need 1+ more order in same route 8 allow us the freedom to deny and make the process easy 9 creat view image of product / package of receiving order

2025-01-28	Mu*****	Partner app is not opening 9:30pm 28/1/25 since 15 mins now, tried clearing cache, restarting the phone, reinstalling the app still it shows some error occurred, please restart the app. This is happening on loop but not able to go online. Also get back with trip to home button, it was very useful for saving ourselves from dry run.

2025-01-27	Ba*****	The app is good for good earning but all you need to committed towards your work then you might see the results.. It's a very good working app but as a dilelivery boy when you are using the app it haven't shows map on it. I mean when I gets the order it should be shown on map which would be much more easier/ helpful for me.

2025-01-27	Ya*****	Very very worst customer care service, I always need for help for some kind of reasons like app issue, payment not updated, goodwill not credited , customer cancel order for wrong reason, but Porter customer service very worst behaviour like cheap and fraud with Us, we need immediately do something. Or nobody run with Porter pertner app, any time ask for any reason they talk like computer voice, or we nothing do anything, once repeat and repeat. So why customer care service work for company.bad

I uploaded all the documents and paid fee for document verification. 4 days it may take for verification it was shows after 4 days within 10days it will update otherwise you're fess will return to your account It was shows. After 10 days also it's showing same still my documents not verified and fees also not return now app is not getting open. Customer support is very wrest. I'll suggest don't use this appa. This is a froud.

2025-01-22	sa*****	Without navigate to home option, everyday after finishing I have to travel back 20km empty. For this I have to go offline, 3 orders earlier. This is a loss for both myself and porter. Evey delivery app has this feature but not porter.

2025-01-21	Ab*****	Very bad experience😠. Compulsory to accept all orders whether one wants to accept it or not otherwise delay time of min one hour applied on driver. No proper details of customers name, contact no, address for pickup & even drop location. Had to cancel ❌ two trips due to this problem and had to pay commission to porter even without earning a penny. No nearby pickup location from where I am. Have to go long way for pickup without being paid for it. Seems porter is only interested in commission.😢

It has been more than 20 days, and my documents have not been verified, nor has my fee been refunded. I haven’t received any calls from Porter, and when I call the helpline number, only a recording plays with no help. When I send an email, I get an auto-reply with a ticket number, but the next day, the same ticket number gets marked as resolved automatically.

Everytime you call on the support number they send a message that your case has been closed. Still not able to understand what is this
