Cons

Very poor and unresponsive customer support with no effective communication channels.
Extremely long delays and issues in document verification and account activation, sometimes over weeks without resolution.
High commission rates (around 20%) perceived as too much by drivers.
Lack of important app features like 'Back to Home' button, cancellation option by drivers, proper order details (including images and weight), and waiting charge compensation.
Technical issues including app crashes, navigation/map problems, inability to accept or cancel orders properly, and counting missed or unaccepted orders as penalties leading to forced delays.

Recent reviews

An ARRIVED button should be added to calculate the waiting time/charges. Customers usually asks to start the ride only after they handover the parcel and many times the waiting time goes around 20-30 mins for which we don't get anything. Also in many cases after waiting so long we have to cancel the order due to oversize/overweight for which sometimes we only get Rs 10. Pls look into these issues and try to resolve asap. Thanks 🙏👍

There is no way to talk to customer care neither on chat nor on call. Its been more than 4 days but there is no update on the app. Where one should go and get support. Everytime you call on the support number they send a message that your case has been closed. Still not able to understand what is this 31/1/25: Still there is no update on the app and neither the amount is refunded
