I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and did not receive any news yet. is the order confirmed or not, when will it be shipped??? contacted the customer service by email and did not receive any news. I would not recommend to not order with them as long as they have technical issues.

2026-08-04	Ju*****	The Outnet ruined a great platform with this update. Essential details like garment measurements, model sizing, and fabric composition are completely gone. The search is a nightmare—clunky, inaccurate, and worse than 2000s tech. There’s a reason developers say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Whoever approved this update clearly skipped their marketing and modernization lectures to sunbathe on the beach. Stripping away basic features is a guaranteed way to lose loyal, long-time customer

2026-08-01	El*****	the previous version of the app was just PERFECT. now i've lost all my favourites, the filters are a pure mess and the shopping experience simply became incredibly bad. you just lost a (previously) very faithful and enthousiastic client.

2026-07-31	Cl*****	Most recent update is terrible. rather than filtering by "clothes" in size whatever, now have to select each category of clothing and sizes for each category. Used to check weekly, now won't bother.

2026-07-26	An*****	I am not sure how an average app got clearance to be made into an awful app, but The Outnet have done this. Quite a chaotic mess with the filters. My wish list has disappeared also. Go back to the old version and fire the team who did this.

2026-07-26	Se*****	After updating the app, everything I had saved was deleted. At first, even my orders weren't showing up, although that has been fixed today. On top of that, the app is still working poorly, and many products fail to load. This had never happened before the update.
