The items arrive in a very sturdy cardboard box & whatever you've purchased will be packed in clouds of white tissue paper, which the kitties are going to enjoy ripping to shreds. Used to be a loyal fans of the Outnet, but after changing to a new version, I was so disappointed. The sizes are quite confusing, always need to refer to the size chart. But sometimes, you can get totally different sizes under the same brand, same category. Hope they can do sth. to improve this.
