TheGuidePlan

TheGuidePlan is the work planner designed for tour guides.

YOUR DAY IN ONE SCREEN
Each tour with the meeting time, tour operator, meeting point, number of participants, and your notes. You can go from the day to the week and month to instantly see when you're free and when you're not.

TOUR TEMPLATES
Your most frequent tours can be saved as templates: insert them in seconds. You can assign a color to each template, so you can recognize the type of tour at a glance in the calendar.

ALWAYS UPDATED PAYMENTS
The pay for each tour is calculated automatically. You can see at any time how much you've earned for the month and year, tour operator by tour operator, and how much remains to be collected.

REST, TRAVEL, AND PERSONAL COMMITMENTS
Next to the tours, you can note rest days, travel, and personal commitments: there's only one calendar.

YOUR CLIENTS' REVIEWS
Collect all the reviews you receive and photos of the groups you accompany in one place.

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK
The app opens and displays your agenda even on the subway or inside a museum, where there's no internet access.

TheGuidePlan was born from the daily work of Rome guides and is constantly evolving.
